This Privacy Statement describes and applies to the information we collect from you when you use voice, mobile device and desktop Max Health platforms, tools and applications, MaxHealth.com and CombatCovid19.com and other Max Health owned and operated websites (collectively the “Services”), how we use that information, and when we disclose it. It will also give you more information about how to manage the personal information that you provide to us through the Services. This statement applies only to information you provide to us online while visiting or using our Services. It does not apply to information we have obtained or may obtain offline through other traditional means.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to any third-party applications that integrate with the Services.

Automatically Collected Information.

Pixel Tags or Clear GIFs, also known as Web Beacons or Web Bugs, are transparent graphical images placed on a website. Currently, Max Health does not use them on its site, but maintains the rights to do so.
Information You Actively Submit.
For most of the activity using our Services, we neither require nor collect "User Information." User Information is information that could personally identify you, for example, your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address(es), phone number, social security number, and credit card information. You can browse Max Health Services and take as much time as you want to review our services without having to submit such User Information.
User Information is required when you want to (i) submit a job application; (ii) send an e-mail message to us or otherwise provide online comments, criticisms, suggestions or feedback; (iii) participate in a chat session; (vi) purchase merchandise from the our Store; (vii) reserve a spot or make an appointment at a Max Health facility; or home visit, or TeleVisit, Or (viii) pre-register for one of our services.
Max Health uses a third party to host the Max Health website, Store and other IT services. If you purchase merchandise from Max Health or via our Combatcovid19.com website, Max Health will share your User Information, including, your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, and billing and shipping address, with third parties filling your order. Max Health requires its vendors of IT services and hosting services to be HIPPA Compliant, However for the sake of liability purposes, and possibility of breaches and hacks, Max Health does not warrant and cannot guarantee the information privacy policies and practices of such third parties, but we do keep our vendors at the highest standard and expect of them to take industry standard privacy and security measures to protect your privacy and information data.
Personal medical information that Max Health receives in any manner is subject to separate privacy practices.
2. How we use and share User Information.
When you actively submit User Information through the Services, we will use that information in one or more of the following ways:

While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, Max Health cannot be responsible for the actions of any third-party websites. We believe it is important for you to be able to find out what User Information you have provided to us through our Services. As stated above, this approach would allow you to still use our Services – although it will prevent you from taking advantage of some of our Services’ features, for example, completing an order, making an appointment and signing up for TeleVisit or other services.
